Encouraging you all to try a FREE 5 minute Colour Therapy introduction that is available exclusively to those who have purchased a copy of the Ebook to assist you with your healing journey.
Along with the Visualisation workbook that provides a brief introduction to using the Poetry for Colour Therapy book with guided meditations.
Here is a starter, a simple, practical exercise that you can try;
Taking a moment to clear the space around you and create the right ambiance…
You can do things such as:
✨ Light a candle with the chosen colour (or Golden yellow or Gold holder)
✨ Use golden images to enhance your vision, such as sunshine, sunset, sunflowers, or other yellow flowers. Images of yellow or golden tones can also be used to create a mood or vision board.
✨ Other audio visual aids can be used such as music that envokes the golden images that you desire… songs such as "Golden lady" Stevie Wonder or
"Golden" Jill Scott or whichever genre of music you prefer that has the lyrics or feel or this colour…
✨ If you have any other props or clothing or golden items you can use them as a sensory enhancer…
Closing your eyes for a moment…
✨ Focus on breath for a moment to balance nerves and clear the mind…
✨ Breathe slowly taking as long as possible to inhale and exhale..
✨ Counting down from 10 to 1 slowly balance and focus the mind.
So you are ready now to completely focus on the chosen vision or purpose of your meditation or visualization…
Picturing the images that you have chosen to evoke the Golden energy. Continue to breath and feel the energy vibrations lifting…
If you are suffering from a particular condition that connects to the stomach or solar plexus (3rd Chakra) you can also focus on this area. Using your hands to cover lightly the area, envisage the Golden yellow, warm energy from the centre of your navel radiating outward.
Feel the energy vibrations lifting and raising the overall mood, feeling stronger with each breath…
Continue this exercise for 5-15 minutes or more depending on how much time you have to spare.
It's good to repeat this exercise once a week or so, or when needed for a specific purpose, or even periodically at your discretion until achieving the desired outcome
